We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your LOMY account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
β οΈ Warning: This action is irreversible
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- All your notes and voice recordings
- All your reminders and notifications
- All your categories and settings
- Your subscription (if applicable)
- All personal memory data
Method 1: Delete via App
- Open LOMY app on your device
- Go to Settings (βοΈ icon in the bottom tab)
- Scroll down to find "Account" section

Tap "Delete Account"
Settings β Account β Delete Account
- Confirm deletion by typing "DELETE" and tapping the button
- Your account and all data will be deleted within 24 hours
Method 2: Delete via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to info@heylomy.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include: The email address associated with your LOMY account
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days
What Happens After Deletion?
- β Your account is immediately deactivated
- β All personal data is queued for deletion
- β Data is permanently removed within 30 days
- β Anonymized analytics may be retained
- β You can create a new account anytime
Cancel Subscription First
If you have an active LOMY Pro subscription, please cancel it through Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account to avoid being charged after deletion.
