By creating an account or using LOMY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LOMY is an AI-powered application that provides:

• Voice and text note-taking capabilities
• AI-powered categorization and analysis
• Smart reminder suggestions and notifications
• Cloud synchronization across devices
• Pattern recognition for recurring events

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use LOMY
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in LOMY. By using our service, you grant us:

• Permission to process your content with AI for categorization and analysis
• Permission to store your content on our servers for synchronization
• Permission to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use LOMY for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm our systems
• Share your account with others or sell access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

LOMY uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) for analysis and suggestions. Please be aware that:

• AI suggestions are not always accurate and should be verified
• LOMY is not a medical, legal, or financial advisor
• AI-generated reminders may not capture all important details
• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI suggestions

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Offline mode provides limited functionality when internet is unavailable

9. Intellectual Property

LOMY, including its logo, design, and technology, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app or website
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

LOMY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LOMY.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LOMY after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
