How do I record a voice note?
Tap the "π€ Voice" button on the home screen. Grant microphone permission when prompted, then speak clearly. Tap the stop button when finished. Your note will be automatically transcribed and analyzed by AI.
What languages does LOMY support?
LOMY supports 33 languages for voice recognition, including English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, and many more. The AI automatically detects your language.
How do smart reminders work?
When you create a note with time-related content (like "meeting tomorrow at 3pm"), LOMY's AI automatically detects this and suggests a reminder. You can customize reminder intensity in Settings.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: Unlimited notes, 4 categories, AI categorization, cloud sync.
Pro: All 106 categories, advanced pattern analysis, personal memory system, priority support.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Go to your store account settings β Subscriptions β LOMY β Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored securely in Firebase. We never sell your data. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings β Account β Delete Account in the app, or visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Update to the latest version from Play Store, 2) Clear app cache (Settings β Apps β LOMY β Clear Cache), 3) Restart your device. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and Android version.
